Purusha Wellbeing is an embodiment with its roots coming from ancient philosophy and yogic traditions meaning the “True Self”, transcending individual identity and representing pure consciousness.
Mirroring our values, our holistic approach to health aligns with the true essence of the higher self, as true wellbeing encompasses not only physical but also mental, emotional, and spiritual harmony. This reflects a balanced state of being, where one's life is aligned with the higher self or universal consciousness.
Purush and Sarah have both faced health challenges and felt disillusioned by the limitations of conventional healthcare. Their journey led them to explore holistic modalities to manage their conditions, and they now find joy in sharing the knowledge they have gained through years of dedicated study and practice. This journey culminated in the co-founding of Purusha Wellbeing.
Sarah, a renowned movement therapist, has travelled extensively as an international facilitator. Alongside Purush, they are evolutionary wellness practitioners dedicated to creating transformative spaces for lasting change. Purush and Sarah have been allies and creative collaborators for 15 years, teaching globally and hosting regular gatherings for their local community in Brisbane, Australia.
Sarah offers her unique perspective, enthusiasm for plant-based food and empowerment through vulnerability. As a dynamic and passionate movement teacher, she infuses her sessions with great knowledge, intuitive techniques and humour, enriching her students' experiences.
Purush, with his soulful artistry, love of music and clear embodiment techniques, brings years of professional skateboarding experience to his practice. His understanding of athleticism enhances his approach to wellness.
Together, their dynamic blend of adventurous spirit and gentle heart creates an inspiring container that resonates with people from all walks of life. Both Sarah and Purush are deeply attuned to the visible and invisible languages of physical and emotional embodiment of mind and soul, guiding others in the multifaceted experience of being human.
"Discovering the self care retreat was a stroke of luck for me when I was searching for something that I knew would assist me in starting the process of reconnecting with myself. Taking time out to enjoy 5 hours of being alone, yet connected with others, was exactly what I wanted to do. I loved this space and those who led us in such beautiful and calm methods of yoga and breath work and of course art. I would highly recommend this investment in one’s self. And I look forward to another chance to do this again soon."

"Beautiful experience with Sarah and Purush. Had a great flow to the evening which incorporated cacao, yin yoga, breathwork, sound healing and meditation. Left feeling so relaxed and calm. but also energized and refreshed. Will definitely return for another event. Highly recommend.."
